Mindfulness and Mental Health
Only recently has mental health become a positive topic of conversation. Matthew is not afraid to discuss his own mental health history. We like to share experience, strength, and hope so that our veterans can live happier and in the moment. Horses become the catalyst for healing the warrior spirit, and lessons in horsemanship resonate through our daily lives as coping skills.
